繆司廚房【和風鮭魚定食】切勿盜圖,違者必究

在超市買到品質不錯的鮭魚日切,肉質軟嫩,鮮肥不腥。以前我幾乎不在家料理鮭魚,因為超怕生鮭魚的腥味,覺得比鯖魚的味道還恐怖,所以頂多吃點加工過的燻鮭魚片,沒想到這家魚肉處理得很好,真的沒腥味,抹點米酒和薄鹽調味,包上錫箔紙送入烤箱,零油煙、零噴濺、免刷廚房,簡單料理就超美味,和現磨蘿蔔泥佐酸橘醋搭著吃,有夠清爽的啦,加上豐盛小菜和蔬菜清湯......久違的午間定食,大滿足!下次來挑戰鮭魚西京燒好了~
